Registration is now open
At the moment the conference is planned to be held with a substantial in-person participation (see Covid-19 situation in Italy).
However, the pandemic emergency is not over. Considering that travel restrictions are still in place to/from several countries (see Covid-19 travellers to Italy) and in order to allow the participation of people coming from countries still affected by the pandemic emergency, online participation will also be guaranteed.

Childcare
On-site childcare will be organised and, up to a certain capacity, we will be able to provide it free of charge. Childcare will be organized in a dedicated space in the same building of the conference venue and will be provided by professional child carers. In order to organise this service, we need to be informed in advance, so please make sure to indicate this on the registration form.

Lunches during the conference
The lunches during the conference are not included in the registration fees and can be purchased at the cost of 20 EUR each or 100 EUR for the full package of 6 lunches. We strongly recommend to exploit this opportunity as there are few available alternatives in the vicinity of the conference site. The lunches can be booked starting from May 1 using your registration account, instructions will be sent by email to all registered participants in due time.
